What are the Dark Forces Holding You Back From Having Everything You Want in Life?

I must warn you….

I’m not like typical coaches, consultants, or therapists. I’m very real and direct. At times, I’m the most unpopular person in the room, and I’m OK with that.

I’m not going to be the person who fills you with fluff and fillers and things that won’t serve you. I’m sure you’ve had enough of that already.

It’s my goal to wake you up to the wholeness that you already are. From that awareness, it will be so much easier to grow and accomplish your goals.

Let me ask you….

  • Why do you know what you need to do in life but you just can’t do it?
  • Why do you hope, dream, and pray for things but never seem to be able to achieve them?
  • Why do you start making progress towards your goals but then self-sabotage?
  • Why do you constantly dance between who you are, and who you want to become?
  • Who or what is this dark force that’s to blame for all of the constant suffering in your life?

Everyone seems to think that there is this dark force or person to blame for everything. Everything you’ve ever wanted to do. Everything that has caused you to be self-destructive, and to act in a way that wasn’t in alignment with what you really wanted to do, and how you really wanted to act and think.

The Dark Force Is YOU

This dark force that is to blame for everything that’s wrong, or that has ever held you back in life- it’s you.

More specifically… it’s your thinking.

It’s the thoughts that you focus on.

It’s not your skills. It’s not your past. It’s not your location, the government, the news, your age, your tech skills, your race, your social class, your English, your lack of time, your stressful job, your family, your kids, your spouse or partner, your internet connection….

It’s not the weather, your friends, your environment, your back pain or other disabilities, your illness, your personality, or your anything.

But this is what the world believes.

We think it’s all this stuff. Because it’s so easy to blame someone or something else. The only problem is, once you choose to blame- you lose– everything. Forever.

You’ve given control to something that isn’t you.

When you give away control of your life, it causes suffering. It stops you from growing an becoming something bigger than yourself.

You have to realize and accept that you are where you are in life right now because of nobody but you.

You have  to realize and accept that the thing you’re blaming isn’t the thing at all. It’s you. It’s the voices, your thinking, the doubts, the fears- they’re all you.

Everything you think is someone else’s fault is yours.

This is the most crucial thing to understand and come to terms with.

Coming to Terms with the Dark Force

People and society believe that they have to be sympathetic to everyone and listen to their story, ad acknowledge their story.

But in the long run, it only leads to feeding the addiction. It’s only going to make you suffer longer. Sympathy only feeds the story. It gives the story evidence that it exists and that you are right in that story. You then want to be with people who believe that it’s not your fault.

But where you are right now in life is because of no one but you. Life is exactly how you’ve designed it to be.

If your relationship isn’t healthy and you’re unhappy- you designed it that way.

If your family life is chaotic and stressful- you designed it that way.

If your job is unfulfilling- you designed it that way.

If this isn’t something that you’re comfortable with, then somewhere along the line you must have been out of alignment. Your beliefs have been out of alignment with your core truth. Your actions must have been out of alignment with what you really wanted to be, do, or have.

This is the first fundamental concept to understand if you want to change anything in your life. If you want to change then you need to understand that you have the control. If you blame something else, then you’re telling yourself that you don’t have control.

We assign these things as the reasons we can’t be successful in any area of life, and by doing so, we make it impossible for ourselves.

The voices in your head telling you that you can’t do it, or you’re not good enough- that dark force that seems to have you in its grips, pulling you away from everything you want- this is what keeps you from growing, and keeps you from doing the things that are slightly uncomfortable- it’s the fear that cripples you.

I’ve uncovered the enemy- the enemy is you.

If you want to achieve massive things in life, regardless what they are, then you have to take the steering wheel of your life.

The only way you will ever get the things you want in life is to grow and become a new person. Become a better version of yourself.

When you decide to take responsibility for your life and align yourself with your core truths, you’ll become a different person in the way you behave, the way you think, the way you view the world around you.

You’ll have different beliefs. The way you’ll show up and take action on getting what you want- it will all be different.

You need to grow into the person who is going to achieve success in any area of your life. You have the choice to remain as you are, however, and hope and pray that success will just hit you, but it’s not going to happen.

It’s time to find the courage within, face the truth of who you really are, grab life by the horns, conquer the dark forces, and become the best possible version of yourself!
